Hello, Molly-O!

Team Love is pleased to announce the first single “Molly-O!” from Strangers, the new full-length album by Simone Felice. Strangers will be released in the UK on March 24th by Team Love, and in the US on March 25th by our friends at Dualtone.

You can check out “Molly-O!” now from our Soundcloud page:

Of the Album and Single, Simone says:

“Isn’t it wild how, when it comes to matters of the heart, we can start out so fanatical, so certain, only to end up as strangers in the end? Remote even to ourselves over time, strangers in the mirror…

Molly-O! is a bit of a tongue-in-cheek salute/requiem to the itinerant panhandler I was as a kid, an exercise in not taking one’s early sins or one’s current self too seriously.”

Introducing Lowest Pair

36¢ is The Lowest Pair’s debut record recorded months after Kendl Winter (Olympia Washington) and Palmer T. Lee (Minnesota) decided to form the primarily double banjo outfit. Recorded and engineered by Dave Simonett (Trampled by Turtles) at Suburban Dad Studios, it’s the early pickin’s, sweet off the tree, a newly formed endaeavor by two seasoned pros. The duo swap lead vocals throughout the album’s 11 tracks, combining Kendl’s banjo skills with Palmer’s midwestern croon. Prior to this Kendl has released 3 full length albums under her name for K Records and Palmer has released two albums with his band Boys n’ the Barrels. Palmer has also performed with Drew Peterson and The Dead Pigeons.

36¢ will be released on January 14, 2014. Pre-orders are at our webstore
